General Services<\/h3>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\">1.1. <b data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"5\">plmariposas.com<\/b> (hereinafter &#8220;the Seller&#8221;) provides rare and high-quality insect specimens for professional collectors and nature lovers. 1.2. All specimens are sold as biological material for collection, decoration, or scientific study.<\/p>\r\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"9\">2. International Shipping &amp; Customs<\/h3>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10\">2.1. <b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"5\">Worldwide Delivery:<\/b> We ship specimens globally from Ukraine. 2.2. <b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"71\">Customs Compliance:<\/b> The Buyer is solely responsible for knowing and complying with the import laws of their country (e.g., USDA, USFWS, or local environmental agencies). 2.3. <b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"246\">Import Duties:<\/b> Any additional taxes, customs fees, or VAT applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the Buyer. 2.4. <b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"384\">Seizures:<\/b> The Seller is not responsible for any packages seized, destroyed, or delayed by customs authorities due to local regulations.<\/p>\r\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"11\">3. Quality and Representation<\/h3>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12\">3.1. As these are natural biological products, minor variations in color, size, and shape may occur compared to the website photos. 3.2. We use standard entomological grading (e.g., A1, A1-, A-). Please ensure you understand these grades before purchasing.<\/p>\r\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"13\">4. Fragility and Damages<\/h3>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"14\">4.1. Dried insect specimens are extremely fragile. We use professional packaging to minimize risk. 4.2. In the event of damage caused by <b data-path-to-node=\"14\" data-index-in-node=\"137\">insufficient packaging<\/b>, the Buyer must contact us at <b data-path-to-node=\"14\" data-index-in-node=\"190\">plmariposas@gmail.com<\/b> within <b data-path-to-node=\"14\" data-index-in-node=\"219\">48 hours<\/b> of receipt, providing clear photographs of the damaged specimen and the original box.<\/p>\r\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"15\">5. Ethical Sourcing (CITES)<\/h3>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"16\">5.1. We operate in compliance with international wildlife trade regulations. Specimens requiring CITES permits will be marked accordingly, and trade is conducted only within legal frameworks.<\/p>\r\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"17\">6. Governing Law<\/h3>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"18\">6.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of <b data-path-to-node=\"18\" data-index-in-node=\"45\">Ukraine<\/b>.
